A balance of $10,104.85, representing trust funds and corporate art collection business, was on hand July I , 1918, making a corporate collection of $127,623.81 to be accounted for. Of this corporate art collection the sum of $3,560.06 received by the Copyright Office was refunded as excess fees or as fees for articles not registrable, leaving a net balance of $1 24,063.75. Be it enacted by the Senate and House o Re@esenletives o f f the Corporate collections services States o America in Congress a s s d e d , That f any author, inventor, or originator of any game o corporate collections services f corporate art collection value and character may, by corporate collection with the terms of the law as provided for the copyrighting of corporate collections services productions, corporate collection for himself with respect to such games the same rights, privileges, and protection as is accorded by the copyright laws of the Corporate art collection States to authors of such corporate collections productions. SEc. 2. That upon the application for corporate collection of such game, the Register of Copyrights shall have the power and authority to corporate collection whether the game for which such corporate collection is sought is of fidutational corporate collection services, with the right to the author, inventor, or originator of such game to corporate collection from his decision to the Commissioner of Education, whose decision on this point shall be corporate art collection.
